1. Who we are
This policy covers the Nalvaazhvu (நல்வாழ்வு) Android app, published by Nalvaazhvu Iyakkam (நல்வாழ்வு இயக்கம்) ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@nalvaazhvu.in.
2. What stays on your device
The app saves the following only on your phone. We never receive it, and it is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data:
- The name you enter for greeting cards;
- A reference to the photo you pick for greeting cards (the photo itself stays in your gallery);
- The date you first opened the app (kept for possible future introductory offers; not currently used); and
- How many times you shared each card (used only to order the lists on your device).
You can clear the name or photo at any time from the card screen.
3. Photos and permissions
When you tap the photo option, the app opens your phone's built-in photo picker so you can choose a picture to place on a greeting card. The app receives only the picture you choose and has no access to the rest of your photo library, so it asks for no storage or photo permission. It does not use your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or files, and it does not upload your photo anywhere. When you tap Share, the finished card image is created on your phone and handed to the app you choose (for example WhatsApp); after that, that app's own privacy policy applies.
4. Feedback you send us
If you use "Send feedback", we receive the message you type, together with your phone model, Android version and the app version. We use this only to read and respond to your feedback and to improve the app. The message is delivered to our support mailbox by email. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message. If you include your name or contact details, we may use them to reply to you.
5. Technical data collected automatically
The app loads quotes, philosophies, greeting images and card layouts from our servers. As with any internet request, our hosting provider receives your IP address and standard technical request information. We use this to deliver content, keep the service secure and prevent abuse. When you send feedback, your IP address is also used to limit repeated submissions; those records are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
6. What we do not do
- We do not require an account or sign-in.
- We do not show advertisements.
- We do not use analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools, and we do not use advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for profiling.
7. Service providers
We use these providers to run the app. They process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase – hosts our content, images and the feedback service (servers in Japan);
- Resend – delivers feedback messages to our support mailbox by email.
Because these providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside India.
8. How long we keep information
- On-device data: until you remove it, uninstall the app, or clear the app's data.
- Feedback emails: for as long as needed to respond and to improve the app, then deleted.
- IP addresses used for limiting repeated feedback: deleted automatically within 24 hours.
9. Your choices and rights
You can clear your name and photo in the app, remove the photo reference by choosing the clear option, or uninstall the app to remove all on-device data. Because we do not keep accounts, we can only find feedback you sent if you tell us what you wrote. If you would like access to, correction of, or deletion of any feedback you sent, email support@nalvaazhvu.in and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
10. Payments
The app is free to use and does not collect or store payment card or bank details. If paid features are offered through Google Play in future, Google will process the payment under its own terms, and we will update this policy before that happens.
11. Children
The app does not ask for or knowingly collect personal information from children. Children under 18 should use the feedback form only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
12. Security
Data between the app and our servers is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and our database is configured so that the app can only read published content and cannot read other users' information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this address and update the effective date above. If the change is significant, we will also tell you inside the app.

3. புகைப்படங்களும் அனுமதிகளும்

5. தானாகச் சேகரிக்கப்படும் தொழில்நுட்பத் தகவல்கள்
பொன்மொழிகள், தத்துவங்கள், வாழ்த்துப் படங்கள், அட்டை வடிவமைப்புகள் ஆகியவற்றை செயலி எங்கள் சேவையகங்களிலிருந்து ஏற்றுகிறது. எந்த இணையக் கோரிக்கையையும் போலவே, எங்கள் ஹோஸ்டிங் வழங்குநர் உங்கள் IP முகவரியையும் வழக்கமான தொழில்நுட்பக் கோரிக்கைத் தகவல்களையும் பெறுவார். உள்ளடக்கத்தை வழங்கவும், சேவையைப் பாதுகாப்பாக வைக்கவும், தவறான பயன்பாட்டைத் தடுக்கவும் இவற்றைப் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம். கருத்து அனுப்பும்போது, மீண்டும் மீண்டும் அனுப்புவதைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தவும் உங்கள் IP முகவரி பயன்படுத்தப்படும்; அந்தப் பதிவுகள் 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் தானாக நீக்கப்படும்.

- உங்கள் தகவல்களை விற்பதோ வாடகைக்கு விடுவதோ இல்லை; அவற்றை வைத்து உங்கள் சுயவிவரம் தயாரிப்பதும் இல்லை.
7. சேவை வழங்குநர்கள்
செயலியை இயக்க இவர்களைப் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம். இவர்கள் எங்கள் சார்பில் மட்டுமே தரவைச் செயலாக்குகிறார்கள்:
- Supabase – எங்கள் உள்ளடக்கம், படங்கள், கருத்துச் சேவை ஆகியவற்றை ஹோஸ்ட் செய்கிறது (சேவையகங்கள் ஜப்பானில்);
- Resend – கருத்துச் செய்திகளை எங்கள் உதவி அஞ்சல் பெட்டிக்கு மின்னஞ்சலாக அனுப்புகிறது.
இந்த வழங்குநர்கள் பல நாடுகளில் இயங்குவதால், தகவல்கள் இந்தியாவுக்கு வெளியிலும் செயலாக்கப்படலாம்.
8. தகவல்களை எவ்வளவு காலம் வைத்திருக்கிறோம்
- தொலைபேசியில் உள்ள தரவு: நீங்கள் அகற்றும் வரை, அல்லது செயலியை நீக்கும் / அதன் தரவை அழிக்கும் வரை.
- கருத்து மின்னஞ்சல்கள்: பதிலளிக்கவும் செயலியை மேம்படுத்தவும் தேவையான காலம் வரை; அதன்பின் நீக்கப்படும்.
- மீண்டும் மீண்டும் கருத்து அனுப்புவதைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தப் பயன்படும் IP முகவரிகள்: 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் தானாக நீக்கப்படும்.
9. உங்கள் தேர்வுகளும் உரிமைகளும்
செயலியில் உங்கள் பெயரையும் புகைப்படத்தையும் அகற்றலாம்; செயலியை நீக்கினால் தொலைபேசியில் உள்ள அனைத்துத் தரவும் நீங்கும். எங்களிடம் கணக்குகள் இல்லாததால், நீங்கள் என்ன எழுதினீர்கள் என்று எங்களுக்குத் தெரிவித்தால் மட்டுமே நீங்கள் அனுப்பிய கருத்தை எங்களால் கண்டறிய முடியும். நீங்கள் அனுப்பிய கருத்தைப் பார்க்க, திருத்த அல்லது நீக்கக் கோர விரும்பினால், support@nalvaazhvu.in என்ற முகவரிக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள்; இந்தியாவின் டிஜிட்டல் தனிநபர் தரவுப் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம், 2023 உட்பட பொருந்தும் சட்டங்களுக்கு இணங்க, நியாயமான காலத்திற்குள் பதிலளிப்போம்.
10. கட்டணங்கள்
செயலி இலவசமாகப் பயன்படுத்தக்கூடியது; கட்டண அட்டை அல்லது வங்கி விவரங்களை சேகரிக்கவோ சேமிக்கவோ செய்வதில்லை. எதிர்காலத்தில் Google Play மூலம் கட்டண வசதிகள் வழங்கப்பட்டால், Google தனது விதிமுறைகளின்படி கட்டணத்தைச் செயலாக்கும்; அதற்கு முன் இந்தக் கொள்கையைப் புதுப்பிப்போம்.
11. குழந்தைகள்
குழந்தைகளிடமிருந்து தனிப்பட்ட தகவல்களை செயலி கேட்பதோ அறிந்தே சேகரிப்பதோ இல்லை. 18 வயதுக்குட்பட்டவர்கள் கருத்துப் படிவத்தைப் பெற்றோர் அல்லது பாதுகாவலரின் ஈடுபாட்டுடன் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
12. பாதுகாப்பு
செயலிக்கும் எங்கள் சேவையகங்களுக்கும் இடையிலான தரவு குறியாக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட (HTTPS) இணைப்புகள் வழியாக அனுப்பப்படுகிறது; வெளியிடப்பட்ட உள்ளடக்கத்தை மட்டுமே செயலி படிக்க முடியும், பிற பயனர்களின் தகவல்களைப் படிக்க முடியாது என்ற வகையில் எங்கள் தரவுத்தளம் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எந்தப் பரிமாற்ற அல்லது சேமிப்பு முறையும் முழுமையாகப் பாதுகாப்பானது அல்ல; ஆயினும் உங்கள் தகவல்களைப் பாதுகாக்க முயல்கிறோம்.
13. இந்தக் கொள்கையில் மாற்றங்கள்
இந்தக் கொள்கையை மாற்றினால், புதிய பதிப்பை இதே முகவரியில் வெளியிட்டு, மேலே உள்ள நடைமுறைத் தேதியைப் புதுப்பிப்போம். மாற்றம் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கதாக இருந்தால், செயலியிலும் தெரிவிப்போம்.
